Abstract and Poster Formatting
Kindly follow the instructions below. You can also look at the model abstract here (Word document).
The abstract must fit in the space of 11 cm by 16 centimeters (height 4.33 inches, width 6.3 inches).
The authors are encouraged to submit their abstracts in pdf file format or as a Word document to ensure the correct lettering and fonts. Please include the title and author information in the abstract file.

Poster Presentation
For poster presentation poster boards will be provided. The build-up of the posters is on Saturday, July 30, and on Sunday morning, July 31. The posters should be taken down by 16.00 o’clock on Thursday, August 4.
Maximum poster size
84 cm (width) x 120 cm (height)
33 inch (width) x 47 inch (height)
Adhesive tape for attaching the posters will be provided onsite. It is advisable that the poster consists of one or only few sheets.
