Abstract Submission Procedure

Note! Before submitting your abstract, kindly fill in the registration form. After you have registered, you will receive an email message with an ID number, which is needed for abstract submission.

The authors are encouraged to submit their abstracts in pdf file format or as a Word document to ensure the correct lettering and fonts.

Press the "Submit/Edit abstract" button in the menu on the top right hand corner.

If you are a new user, press “register” to create a user ID and password. In order to be able to create a user ID, you need the registration ID number, which you will receive when you register to the Workshop.

If you have already registered and wish to edit your abstract, press “login” and give your username and password.

Select from "Papers" menu the "Submit " link

You will see instructions for how to submit your abstract - simply follow the prompts.

  • Paper info
    • Title
    • Preferred mode of presentation (oral/poster)
    • First choice of topic
    • Second choice of topic
    • After you have given this information, press “Continue”
    • If the information is correct, press “Continue”, if not, press “Edit information”
  • Author info
    • First name
    • Surname
    • Organization
    • Country
    • Position
    • Email
    • Note: you can give more names of authors by pressing “New author”
    • If the author information is correct, press “Next step”
  • Paper content
    • Note: Please include the title and author information in the abstract file. Underline the presenting author’s name.
    • You have two possibilities: either 1) copy and paste your paper content to the window, or 2) attach the paper in .doc-, .rtf- or .pdf-format.
    • Finish the submission by pressing the button ‘Finish submission’.
