CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Call for Abstracts / Deadline
The 31st International Herpesvirus Workshop will accept abstracts for presentation from mid-February 2006 through April 21, 2006, midnight Eastern Daylight Time. Authors are requested to submit their abstracts through this website. If online submission is not possible, please contact the Abstract coordinator, Lori Louis, at lori@eweme.com, or 503.244.4294 ext 203.

Submitting authors must register to attend the conference by the abstract submission deadline, April 21st, in order to have their abstracts accepted.

All accepted abstracts received by April 21st will be printed in the Abstract Book, and will be presented as posters at the Workshop. Poster space is 4 ft. x 4 ft., approximately 1.2 m. x 1.2 m.

A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.

More than one abstract may be submitted by a single author; the fee is US$100 per additional abstract. If you are submitting more than one abstract, you must note this on your Conference Registration Form and pay the additional fee.
