BUDGET-FRIENDLY SHARED ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE

IHW 2019 is pleased to offer a budget conscious shared accommodation package at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. 

Rooms are available ONLY in a six night package for arrival on Friday, July 19, 2019 and departure on Thursday, July 25, 2019. The cost is $380 USD total per person, and will be added to your registration with no additional taxes or fees.

 

Accommodations include a double room connected by a shared washroom. Click here for photos of the typical room layout. There is also a community lounge on each floor. Housekeeping service includes bed made upon arrival, two towels, and soap. Common areas are serviced daily.

  • Rooms are sold per person and are non-refundable.
  • Roommate requests will be taken and honored if possible, but are not guaranteed. Priority will be given to mutual requests (both individuals list each other).
  • Rooms will be assigned by gender (two female occupants/two male occupants), unless a specific mutual request has been made for a mixed gender room.
