Full Meeting Registration

Includes submission of one (1) abstract, name badge and entry to all symposia, workshops and poster sessions, registration materials*, 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 1 dinner, Opening Reception and Closing Banquet (Banquet requires pre-registration as space is limited).

 

*In an effort to decrease our environmental impact, IHW 2019 will not be providing a printed abstract book for each attendee. All abstract materials will be available on the mobile app which is available to every attendee free of charge, and for download on the website.

Printed abstract books can be ordered during registration for a $15 fee.  You can pick up your book at the registration desk onsite. Extra books will not be available for purchase onsite, so please plan ahead. 

 

Method of Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Conference Solutions will be listed as the vendor on your credit card statement. Please contact IHW at Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for additional payment methods, if needed.

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy

We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend IHW 2019, you may: 

Send a Substitute Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made until 28 June 2019. 

Request a Refund We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by 28 June 2019 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after 28 June 2019. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment. 
If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, IHW 2019 will refund the registration fee. The Workshop is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

I am having trouble getting started with the online registration.

Please visit the IHW 2019 registration website: https://www.eiseverywhere.com/385266?categoryid=2892231

Click on the “New Registration” button and follow the prompts.

 

I cannot find my Registration Confirmation email.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered).

If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
  2. Check your clutter and spam folders. The subject of the email will be “Registration Confirmed – IHW 2019”.
  3. Email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and request that your registration confirmation be resent.

What is included in the workshop registration fee?

Workshop registration includes:

  • Name badge and entry to all satellites, symposia, workshops and poster sessions.
  • Electronic PDFs of the abstract book, attendee roster, and certificate of attendance. (Printed abstract book must be ordered at registration for an additional $15.00)
  • All scheduled workshop meals as outlined in the workshop program (Closing Banquet requires pre-registration through the registration website).

Can I just attend one day of the workshop?

One-day registrations are not available for this workshop.

 

I just want to attend the Satellite Workshops – is that possible?

The Satellite Workshops are included with the full workshop registration fee. In order to attend any of the Satellite Workshops, you must register for the full workshop. 

 

I have already completed my registration, but I need to modify it. How can I do that?

To modify your registration please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

 

I can no longer attend the workshop, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?

Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline of 10 July 2019, or at the onsite Registration Desk.

 

I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending the conference. We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by 28 June 2019 will be refunded, less a $175 USD administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations requests after 28 June 2019. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

 

If, for any reason, the conference should be cancelled, IHW 2019 will refund the registration fee. The conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs.

 

I still want to attend the workshop, but need to cancel an excursion. What is the cancellation for excursions? 

Optional items are fully refundable prior to the cancellation deadline of 28 June 2019. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. No refunds will be given for cancellations requests after 28 June 2019.

 

Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?

Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be included in the Abstract Book and on the website. 

 

Are you offering CME Credits?

CME credits are NOT being offered for this Workshop.

 

I have some dietary restrictions/special needs. How do I inform the workshop planners?

You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. A member of our team will be in contact to assist you, if necessary. Please note that due to vendor limitations, some requests may be combined (i.e. recieving a meal that is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian) or not accomodated. 

 

Where will the workshop registration desk be located?

The workshop will be held at the Knoxville Convention Center 701 Henley Street, Knoxville, TN 37902 USA. The Registration Desk will be located in Cumberland and Henley Concourse of the Convention Center, and will officially open on Saturday, 20 July 2019 at 07:30.

 

I would like to reserve a hotel room in Knoxville. Which hotel should I contact?

Is wif-fi provided during the workshop?

Complimentary wi-fi will be provided at the Convention Center.

 

What should I wear?

Business casual attire is recommended. Be sure to wear layers, as the meeting spaces may run hot or cool compared to your comfort level – layers are key!
