The 48th International Herpesvirus Workshop accepted abstracts for oral and poster presentations through the 5th of April 2024 at MIDNIGHT Pacific Time in the following topic areas:

 

• Entry, Assembly, and Egress
• Epidemiology and Interventions
• Immunity and Vaccines
• Gene Express and Replication
• Genomics and Epigenetics
• Evolution and Systems Biology
• Latency and Pathogenesis
• Virus-Host Interactions

Submitting Abstracts

Please be sure to review all of the required submission questions before starting. The site will not save your content before submitting.
You may edit the proposal and add co-authors after your submission is completed. 

Acceptance of Abstracts
The Workshops Organizers reserve the right to decide whether a submission will be accepted, and the right to determine the presentation form. Submitters will be notified of acceptance status and form of a presentation by Friday, 17 May, 2024.

Deadlines and Procedures
By submitting an abstract, you agree to the following deadlines and procedures:

• Abstract submissions for oral and poster presentation consideration through Friday, 5 April 2024 at 23:59 Pacific Standard Time.
• Abstract content is limited to 300 words. 
• You may submit more than one abstract for review. However, each submission must be completed in full before a new abstract submission can be started.
• Additional abstracts are subject to a fee of $100 per abstract to be paid at the time of registration. If you did not pay for the additional abstract(s) on your registration form, please contact the Workshop Registration Coordinator at Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. If payment is not received, only the first abstract submitted will be reviewed and considered for presentation.
• Acknowledgement of receipt of abstract will be sent to the presenting author's email upon completion of submission.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or decline all submissions and to select the presentation format. Should your submission be declined and you no longer wish to attend the Workshop, your registration fee will be reimbursed to you by request.
• Presenting authors will be notified of acceptance status and format of presentation by Friday, 17 May 2024.
