Room Rates

CAD$268 per night (+ taxes and fees) for single occupancy

 *Reservations can be made at the group rate until Friday, 26 June, or until the group block is sold out; whichever occurs first. 

If you have trouble booking your reservation, it may be due to specific sold-out dates. You are encouraged to adjust your reservation request to align with the hotel's availability. The group block has sold out in past years, so you are encouraged to make your reservations early.

Fitness Center: The Omni Mont-Royal offers a fitness and wellness area with a gym and sauna facilities. Access is complimentary for hotel guests.

Parking:

Valet parking | Available Sunday to Thursday from 7 AM to Midnight. Friday and Saturday 24 hours a day. CA$48.00 (plus applicable taxes) with unlimited in-and-out privileges.

Late Check-out Fee: Complimentary late check-out until 12:00 PM may be available upon request. Late check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation fees.

Smoke-free:

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Reservations for staying in the Campus1 MTL Residence Halls are being accepted ONLY through the attendee registration site and must be selected by Friday, June 19, 2026.

This option is offered as a 6-night package for arrival on Friday, July 10 and departure on Thursday, July 16. You will not be able to check-in prior to the arrival date or stay beyond the listed departure date.

The 6-night package price is $550 USD inclusive of tax and daily breakfast. NOTE: Accommodations are a 2 bedroom, 1 bath suite. The suites have one shared bathroom for both occupants.

Campus1 MTL is about a 10-minute walk (0.4 miles or 550 meters) from the Centre Mont-Royal. Transportation will not be provided to the convention center, but Montreal's bus/metro system is close by and very efficient.

Budget Accommodations Information 

Cost: $550 USD (including taxes for the 6-night package)

*Rooms are ONLY offered at the 6-night package rate of $550 even if you do not plan to not stay the duration of the week.

• 2 Bed, 1 Bath Suite: 2 private bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 1 twin bed in each bedroom.

o You will be able to request a roommate if you know someone who is also planning to stay in the Residence Halls. The bathroom will be shared amongst you and your roommate.

• Bed and bath linens will be provided.

• Bathrooms will be stocked with toilet paper.

• Daily buffet style breakfast is included and available from 7:30 am to 10:30 am weekdays; 7:30 am to 11:30 am weekends.

• Individual locking bedroom doors.

• 24-hour, card-controlled access.

• Amenities (including a fitness centre, laundry room, arcade, etc.) available to guests, as well as photos of the 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom suite can be found by clicking here.

Housekeeping Services:

• Partial Housekeeping Services (towel change and bed refresh) are offered every 3 days.

• Free high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the building.

• TVs, Gaming, and Entertainment available in common lounges.

Transportation:

• Campus1 MTL is 0.3 miles from the Centre Mont-Royal.

• Please note: Shuttle services will NOT be provided to the Centre Mont-Royal. Guests are encouraged to utilize Montréal's wonderful metro/bus system or plan for a 10-minute walk to the Centre Mont-Royal. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

• Check-In Time: 4:00 pm on scheduled day of arrival

o Guests will not be able to check-in prior to Friday, July 10 at 4:00 pm.

• Check-Out Time: 10:00 am on scheduled day of departure

o Guests must check-out by Thursday, July 16 at 10:00 am.
