Workshop registration includes:

  • + Name badge and entry to all satellites, symposia, workshops and poster sessions

  • + One abstract submission

  • + Printed IHW abstract book

  • + Electronic PDFs of the abstract book, attendee roster, and certificate of attendance

  • + All meal functions (4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 1 dinner, opening reception, and banquet dinner)

Method of Payment:

All IWH 2018 registration fees are in U.S. dollars. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are accepted. Conference Solutions will be listed as the vendor on your credit card statement.  Payment by check is also available, however payments not received within 15 days of the registration order may result in cancellation of the order.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com

Cancellation notices must be received in writing by 29 June 2018 to receive a refund (not including excursions or dorm accommodations), less a $175 (USD) administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 29 June 2018. Credit card refunds must be made to the same account used for payment.

If for any reason, the Conference should be canceled, IHW 2018 will refund the registration fee in full within 90 days of cancellation. The Workshop is not responsible for the refund of airfare, housing, or other personal travel expenses.

 

Substitution Policy:

If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person for a $50 (USD) administrative fee. All substitution requests must be submitted via email to Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration and can be made at any time.
