I cannot find my Registration Confirmation email.
A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered).

Can I just attend one day of the conference?
One-day registrations are not available for this conference.
I just want to attend the Satellite Workshops – is that possible?
The Satellite Workshops are included with the full conference registration fee. In order to attend any of the Satellite Workshops, you must register for the full conference.
I have already completed my registration, but I need to modify it. How can I do that?
To modify your registration please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.
I can no longer attend the conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?
Payment of a $25 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up at any time.
I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending the conference. We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by 2 July 2021 will be refunded, less a 20% USD administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations requests after 2 July 2021. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.
If, for any reason, the conference should be cancelled, IHW 2021 will refund the registration fee. The conference is not responsible for the refund of other costs.
Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?
Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be included in the Abstract Book and on the website.
CME credits are NOT being offered for this Conference.
How will I access the virtual conference?
An email will be sent to all registered attendees the week prior to the event with log on credentials and instructions for accessing the virtual platform. We highly recommend you log on prior to the start of the conference incase you need to run updates or need any technical assistance.
