The 46th International Herpesvirus Workshop accepted abstracts for oral and poster presentation consideration until Friday, 29 April, 2022 at MIDNIGHT Pacific Time in the following topic areas:

• Epidemiology, evolution and genomics
• Gene expression and viral replication
• Intrinsic, innate and adaptive immunity
• Latency and reactivation
• Pathogenesis and oncogenesis
• Vaccines and therapeutics
• Viral entry, egress and structure
• Virus-host interactions
