Suggested Poster Format
- Poster numbers will be provided onsite. Poster numbers will be placed above your poster; you do not need to leave room on your poster for your poster number.
- Posters should be legible from a distance of approximately 1.5 meters (5 feet).
- We recommend printing your poster as a single large sheet, using foldable fabric or matte/semi-gloss paper.
- At the top center of your poster, include:
- The presentation title in large, clear text
- Author names
- Institution(s) where the work was conducted
- It’s recommended to include Introduction and Summary/Conclusion sections.
- Use double spacing for all lines of text to improve readability.
- Only text, graphs, photographs, and artwork may be placed on the poster board.
